Our Nursery is open to serve you and your child ages birth through 24 months during each of our weekend services (see Summer, below, for exception.) Check out some helpful tips to better prepare for your baby's first visit.
The nursery is located in Building B, Room B111 on the Northeast corner of the campus.
DROPPING OFF AND REGISTERING YOUR CHILD
Upon your first visit, please fill out a purple enrollment form carefully; including instructions, allergies, feeding times, etc. Staff will enter your family’s names into the computer and print out child name tags and parent security tags. Place one name tag on child and one a diaper bag or car seat if brought. Parent takes security tag with them. We will send you a text message on your cell phone if your child needs you in the Nursery so please keep your phone on vibrate and on your person.
PICKING UP YOUR CHILD
Bring your security tag back to the nursery when you pick up your child. The security tag is your claim check. Children are not released without their corresponding security number to verify. Young siblings are not allowed to pick up babies.
Please use our Nursing Mother's Room to nurse your baby. It is located adjacent to the Nursery.
DIAPER BAGS AND PERSONAL ITEMS
Pacifiers must be attached to your child's clothing. Please have your bottles labeled and prepared for the teacher to use. Diapers, and wipes are provided in our nursery. A Nursery Supervisor will change your little one's messy diaper if necessary.
THIS IS A WELL-CHILD NURSERY
If your child has had a fever, yellow or green runny nose, diarrhea, pink or goopy eyes, or vomiting in the past 24 hours, please keep your child with you during service. If we have questions regarding your child's health, we will page you.
We are NOT ALLOWED to give or apply any type of medication. If your child needs medication, you must administer it. For safety, please do not keep any medication in your diaper bag.
